Extremely clean and modern hotel. Helpful and cheerful staff. Great shower and spacious room. Complimentary wine and chocolate provided.

The reception staff were incredibly helpful and the bar staff provided excellent service. The girl who served my pizza was outstanding. The room was absolutely perfect and the breakfast had plenty of choice and was delicious. a very good experience.

Felt like royalty, no complaints.

Breakfast was more than adequate, magnificent views, handy location really close to the business park, the airport and taxi. I appreciated the room, it was air-conditioned, had very clean bed and beautifully designed bathroom.

The hotel is conveniently located near the rail link, making it easy to travel around. There are also resorts world and the business park nearby, providing a range of dining and entertainment options. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fantastic shower. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good. the EV charging was fast and convenient, and there was good wifi throughout the hotel.

The walls were thin, leading to some noise disturbances during the night.

We loved staying here, as check-in was that I, the place met standards. The breakfast had splendid choices, including cereal, eggs, toast and muffins, sadly we didn't have time and didn't try all of it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed, including a TV, iron, and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the free breakfast in the morning was a pleasant surprise. The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and all major motorways. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking, which was a major plus for us as there were no other options available in this isolated area.

The restaurant service was extremely slow and the quality of the food was poor. There were issues with both the menu selection and the wait time for the food to arrive.

Great option for groups near the NEC, with a fantastic restaurant nearby. Comfortable bed, spotless room with a nice bathroom. Breakfast had plenty of variety and loved the little sofa in the room. Location was convenient.

All in all everything was fantastic, had a really nice stay for our NEC visit. We got a simply decorated room on ground floor.

My stay was very pleasant here. I loved the twin room I was given, it had multi-channel television, a seating area and ironing facilities.

Had a fantastic 1-night stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Enjoyed a delicious meal in their restaurant, with plenty of options to choose from. Would definitely stay here again. highly recommend this hotel.

The location is convenient, situated right next to the little Owl pub on a dual carriageway, and within walking distance of any shops. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing basic amenities and comfortable rooms with double beds and heating. Families will appreciate the rooms with sofa beds for children to play. The breakfast options include multiple choices for vegans and vegetarians, ensuring everyone is catered for.
